Refund Policy

Digital Products

All Calm Reset products are digital downloads and are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are generally final.

Our Commitment

We stand behind our products. If you have a genuine issue with your purchase — such as files not being delivered, broken links, or a technical problem that prevents access — we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed or downloaded the content. Refunds are not available after content has been accessed, downloaded, or if the request is made more than 7 days after purchase.

How to Request

To request a refund or report a problem, email support@getcalmreset.com with your purchase email and a description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest it. We always prefer to resolve issues directly and will work with you to find a fair solution.
